Diamond Dog Training Terms of Service 

Diamond Dog Training LLC will strive to create as safe an environment as possible for the training, boarding, care, custody and control of the dog(s) identified above (hereinafter the “Dog”), and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and post-training instructions. 

    All payments for our services must be made in full prior to the start of training/drop off. We accept payment through our website or by other agreed upon methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders. We offer various dog training services and packages, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability to you. Prices are guaranteed only once the agreed upon package or service has been paid for in full. Dogs are living creatures and we do not guarantee permanent behavioral changes as a result of training. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. 

    Dogs must have an up to date rabies vaccination and be in overall good health in order to safely begin any training. All participants are expected to listen and adhere to trainers policies during any training session. Failure to do this can result in forfeiture of remaining lessons without a refund. Owner acknowledges and agrees that owning any animal, including the Dog, has inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to Owner, people, animals. Subsequently Owner is responsible for the cost of any veterinary care and/or insurance deductible if required during the time the Dog is engaged in any program. Owner agrees that, although the trainers will provide instruction and equipment for the training of the Dog, owner is responsible for maintaining control of the Dog and is responsible for the successful training, control and conduct of the Dog at all times.

     You hereby assign and grant Diamond Dog Training the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of myself and/or your dog(s) at any time during the training and/or boarding of your dog(s) by Diamond Dog Training, and you hereby release Diamond Dog Training from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication. You hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, distribution, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, and/or electronic storage of any and all such photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) without limitation at the discretion of Diamond Dog Training and You specifically waive any right to any compensation you may have for any of the foregoing.

    By entering into this agreement, you agree to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Diamond Dog Training, its owners, employees, associates and agents harmless from and against any and all damages, claims, losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, but not limited to, injuries to any person/animal or destruction of any property) arising out of your dog’s behavior, regardless of whether or not your dog has exhibited such behavior in the past or the actions or inactions of Diamond Dog Training, its owners, employees, associates or agents.This Service Agreement covers the relationship between Owner and Diamond Dog Training each time owner receives services from Diamond Dog Training. Owner affirms the terms of this Service Agreement and the truthfulness and accuracy of all statements owner has made regarding Owner and the Dog/s. You (the Dog Owner) acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in dog training, boarding and care. You hereby release and agree to hold Diamond Dog Training, its owners, employees, family, guests, visitors, associates and agents harmless from any and all manner of injuries or death, damages, claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses, causes of action or suits, whatsoever in law or equity (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to any services provided by Diamond Dog Training, its owners, employees, associates or agents. Your signature conveys you understand and agree to all content and conditions specified within the Service Agreement. I agree and understand that by signing this electronic signature acknowledgment and consent form, that all electronic signatures are the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature and I consent to be legally bound to this agreement.
