This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Diamond Dog Training LLC (“Trainer”) and the undersigned (“Owner”), regarding the training, boarding, care, and handling of the dog(s) identified above (“Dog”).

1. Services Provided

Diamond Dog Training LLC will strive to create as safe an environment as possible for the training, boarding, care, custody, and control of the Dog. We will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and post-training instructions.

Dogs are living creatures, and while we provide professional training, we do not guarantee permanent behavioral changes as a result of training.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made in full prior to the start of training or drop-off.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed only once the agreed-upon package or service has been paid for in full.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability to you.

3. Refunds, Transfers, and Forfeiture

• No Refunds: Diamond Dog Training LLC does not provide refunds for purchased services.

• Transfers: At the sole discretion of Diamond Dog Training LLC, services may be transferred to another individual and/or other service provided by Diamond Dog Training LLC.

• Expiration: Any unused training sessions must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of remaining lessons, also at the discretion of Diamond Dog Training LLC.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund or credit.

5. Health & Vaccinations

• Dogs must have an up-to-date rabies vaccination and be in overall good health before beginning any training program.

• All participants are expected to follow trainer instructions during any session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of remaining lessons without refund.

6. Owner Responsibilities & Risk Acknowledgment

• The Owner acknowledges and agrees that owning any animal carries inherent risks, including the risk of bites, scratches, or other injuries to Owner, others, or other animals.

• The Owner is responsible for the cost of any veterinary care and/or insurance deductible required during the time the Dog is engaged in any program.

• While trainers will provide instruction and equipment, the Owner is responsible for maintaining control of the Dog and ensuring its continued training, behavior, and conduct at all times.

7. Media Release

By entering into this Agreement, you assign and grant Diamond Dog Training LLC the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish photographs, video, audio, or other recordings of you and/or your Dog taken during training or boarding.

Diamond Dog Training LLC may use such materials for promotional, commercial, educational, or advertising purposes without limitation or compensation to you. You specifically waive any rights to royalties or compensation for such use.

8. Indemnification & Liability Waiver

The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diamond Dog Training LLC, its owners, employees, associates, and agents from any and all damages, claims, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including injuries to persons or animals, or damage to property) arising out of:

• The Dog’s behavior, whether or not such behavior has been exhibited in the past.

• The actions or inactions of Diamond Dog Training LLC, its owners, employees, associates, or agents.

The Owner further releases and holds Diamond Dog Training LLC, its owners, employees, family, guests, visitors, associates, and agents harmless from any and all injuries, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from participation in services.

9. Agreement & Electronic Signature

This Agreement applies each time the Owner receives services from Diamond Dog Training LLC. By signing electronically, the Owner affirms the terms of this Agreement and the truthfulness of all statements regarding themselves and their Dog(s).

Electronic signatures are the legal equivalent of handwritten signatures, and the Owner consents to be legally bound by this Agreement.
