Pack Walks

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

**Services:**

The Client hereby engages the services of the Dog Trainer to provide dog training pack walks for the Client's dog(s) as described below:

1. 45-60 minute group walks

2. 15 dogs max

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Payment:**

- The Client agrees to pay the Dog Trainer the agreed-upon fee ($10) for each pack walk

session in advance.

- Payment shall be made by cash or electronic payment, as agreed upon by the Parties.

2. **Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

- The Client shall provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a pack

walk session.

- The Dog Trainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a pack walk session due to

inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. **Dog's Health and Behavior:**

- The Client shall ensure that their dog(s) is in good health and has all required vaccinations. - The Client shall inform the Dog Trainer of any known behavioral issues or health concerns

related to their dog(s).

4. **Safety and Liability:**

- The Dog Trainer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the dogs and

people during pack walks.

- The Dog Trainer reserves the right to remove any dogs or people from the walk at any time

without refund in order to uphold the safety and productivity of the walks.

-Children under the age of 18 are welcome on walks but must remain under supervision of

parent or legal guardian at all times. Children must not interfere with dogs.

- The Client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with dog walking and

agrees to hold the Dog Trainer harmless for any injuries or accidents that may occur during pack walks.

5. **Equipment:**

- The Client shall provide suitable collars, leashes, and any other necessary equipment for

their dog(s) during pack walks.

- The Dog Trainer may provide additional training equipment as necessary, with the Client's

consent.

6. **Photographs and Videos:**

- The Client grants permission for the Dog Trainer to take photographs and videos of their

dog(s) during pack walks for training and promotional purposes.

**Termination:**

Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any prepaid fees for unused pack walk sessions shall be refunded to the Client.
